  • What types of events do you cater for?

    We offer flexible services to cater events of all types, small and large, including at-home gatherings, weddings, special celebrations, corporate lunches, and brand partnerships.

  • How does your Korean BBQ catering service work?

    All setup, cooking, and clean-up are taken care of! The staff will arrive about two to four hours before the service with everything necessary, including all plates, utensils, rentals, and service equipment like food warmers or tabletop grills. Staff will set and prepare the final stage of the menu, and we will handle all the cooking, including grilling and cutting the meat on tabletop grills.

  • Do you offer on-site grilling and cooking?

    Yes! For our buffet service or sit-down service in remote locations or places without access to a kitchen, we can provide our optional field kitchen set-up and prepare and grill the whole menu on-site. 

  • What areas do you serve in Southern California?

    We serve everywhere, even outside of Southern California! Our most frequented cities are Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Temecula, Riverside, and Palm Springs.

  • How far in advance should I book your services?

    As soon as your date is confirmed! We are typically fully committed one to two weeks in advance, with a few last-minute bookings available. Special events, such as weddings and corporate events on popular dates and holidays, are booked as early as one year in advance. 

  • What’s included in your catering packages?

    We include all the staff and equipment to serve and enjoy our menu! Plates, utensils, warming chafers, cooking equipment (if necessary), and serving utensils. We also have rentals available, like tables, chairs, glasses, stemware, and patio heaters!

  • Do you provide staff for setup, cooking, and cleanup?

    Yes! Staff will handle everything from start to finish, and we have additional servers available for any other duties besides our included service. 

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

    Yes! We are happy to accommodate all food allergies and dietary requests within reason. Feel free to list all requests during the booking process.

  • Do you offer vegetarian or vegan Korean BBQ options?

    Of course! In fact, most of our banchan and sides are traditionally prepared vegan and will accommodate all guests. 

  • How much space is needed for your setup?

    We will need a dining area large enough to seat your guests. If you are renting our tables and chairs, we will need roughly 6 sqft per guest. 

  • What kind of equipment do you bring?

    We bring everything we need to prepare and serve our menu! All plates, utensils, warming chafers, cooking equipment (if necessary), and serving utensils. We also have rentals available, like tables, chairs, glasses, stemware, and patio heaters!

  • Is there a minimum number of guests required?

    Yes. Our sit-down services start at 8 guests and buffet service at 25 guests.

  • Can you cater for large events (100+ guests)?

    Large events are our specialty! Contact us for specific options for your event. 

  • What is your pricing structure, and what affects the cost?

    You will be glad to know that we don’t do junk fees, surprise charges, or service fees. In fact, our buffet and sit-down service prices include tax! The only added costs you will see are travel fees outside of Los Angeles and optional rentals, menu items, and extra staff by request.

  • Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?

    Yes, all bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date.

  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    No fees for rescheduling! For cancellations, 100% of the deposit is refundable minus a 10% processing fee within 60 days of the booking. 50% is refundable up to 7 days before. 

  • Do you have insurance for events?

    Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance by request. 

  • Can you customize the menu for my event?

    Yes! We can make adjustments to our menu to fit your preference, and Chef John Bach will accept requests for a fully curated menu from time to time. 

  • Do you offer tastings before I book?

    Yes! Reserved for larger events and weddings, we offer tastings throughout the week. A refundable tasting fee is required in advance, which will be credited to your deposit if you choose to book. 

  • How do I book your services or request a quote?
